Step 2: Bulk Fabric Cutting

Once the fabric is selected and delivered, the cutting process begins. The pattern and size of each fabric piece are already determined during the sample prototyping and pattern-making stage.

• Manual Cutting: Ideal for small batches or complex, irregular shapes requiring human precision

• Die Cutting: Uses sharp steel dies to punch out shapes efficiently for medium to large production runs
